If you don't have someone to help you: measure your favorite jacket from the shoulder seam to the bottom edge of the cuff. Otherwise have someone measure you with your arm bent and hand rested on your hip. Take the measurement from the top of your shoulder where it starts to round to just past your wrist bone where your hand and wrist meet.
